We completely get it, we change our minds too!

If we receive notification from you prior to despatch of your parcel, we will cancel your order and issue a refund to your original payment source.

Once despatched, you have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt if you have changed your mind and the items have not been opened or used.

As a small business, currently we can't deal with enquiries over the telephone as we are busy packing orders or helping customers in the shop.

Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We aim to get back to you within 2 working days.

We currently ship to the UK.

Due to the huge number of international parcels being lost or returned by customs we have stopped sending international orders.

You can use a shipping forwarding service such as Forward To Me

If you place your order before 2PM Monday to Friday, you will normally receive your order the next working day. (DPD & Royal Mail 24)

If Royal Mail 48 is used, it can take 2-3 days.

Next working day via DPD and Royal Mail 24 is not guaranteed.

Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unopened/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days from when we receive the item(s).

Your refund can take 5-7 days to appear on your statement.
