Acrylic blanks can be finished using the following process:
- Turn to just above the bushings.
- Use Abranet abrasives, you can probably start at 120 grit, then 180 and finally 240.
- Apply Northern Grit Original Abrasive Paste
- Apply Northern Grit Ultra Fine Abrasive Paste
- Acrylic blanks do not need a wax/CA glue/Melamine or any other finish applied after using abrasive paste
