We use DPD Local to deliver the majority of our parcels.
Machinery will be sent via Pallet or other couriers and will typically incur an additional postage charge (shown during checkout when you enter your address). Pallet deliveries are to the roadside only.
DPD delivery is typically charged at a flat rate of £5.99 inc VAT this will be confirmed in your shopping cart prior to placing your order. (This is a subsidised price, we pay more than this). You can add many products to your cart and this rate will not change.
DPD offer a next day delivery - This is a next working day delivery
and does not include weekends. Occasionally DPD may deliver your order on a Saturday or Sunday.
Next day delivery is not guaranteed.
Where DPD do not service your delivery area, we use Royal Mail.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2-3 days, Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver with 24 hours.

This set contains the three essential tools for bowl turning and is an ideal collection for beginners.
The 3 piece tool set contains:
- 103640 3/8" Bowl Gouge (12" Handle)
- 103670 1/2” Domed Scraper (12” Handle)
- 103600 3/16” Parting Tool (12” Handle)
This 3 piece bowl turning tool set are manufactured in the UK at Record Power's in-house production facility to a standard that makes them perfect for use by demanding professionals but also at a cost which makes them ideal for the novice turner. Designed in consultation with and tested rigorously by professional woodturners, they represent a new standard in quality and value.
The blades are made of high speed steel to keep their cutting edge longer and the handles of close-grained, stable and heavy beech. The shape of the handles has been specially designed, based on the requirements of experienced woodturners, to provide a strong and comfortable grip, leaving you free to concentrate on turning.
In addition, Record Power offer a free online educational video which shows how to use and sharpen the tools in a clear and easy to understand format
Record Power’s turning tool manufacturing roots stretch back to the 1980s, when they were made in Record’s Meadow Street factory in Sheffield. They are now proud to be manufacturing them again at their ever-expanding production facility close to our Sheffield roots.
These tools are made using modern CNC machining, laser-cutting and automated polishing, then ground and assembled by hand. A salt-bath heat treatment ensures the ideal level of hardness - giving the perfect balance between flexibility and retention of the cutting edge. This combination of techniques ensures that each tool is subject to accurate manufacturing tolerances and careful, rigorous inspection, to ensure their high quality finish and performance.
